A Wicked Thing I Like To Do

I make vegan chocolate cupcakes, then frost them with fluffy, homemade buttercream frosting. Because vegan chocolate cupcakes are yummier than the non-vegan kind, but real buttercream frosting is yummier than anything else.



Mmmmmm. Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

I use the "Basic Chocolate Cupcake" recipe from "Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World" and I make the frosting with a stick of butter, a box of powdered sugar, a splash of vanilla, and a little soymilk.

And next time I make them, I'm bringing some to you guys because I think I gained 3 pounds last week!
